AI Transparency & Human Approval

Version: draft · Last reviewed: — · Owner: Staffgent

How the AI employee works, what it does automatically, and where a human stays in control. Draft wording for review.

What the AI does

  • Researches each new lead from public sources (website, reviews, public profiles, hiring signals).
  • Scores the opportunity (Hot / Warm / Cold / Bad Fit) against your ideal customer profile, with evidence.
  • Drafts replies and call-prep briefs in your brand voice.
  • Updates your private CRM: stage, estimated value, next action and the research trail.

Where a human stays in control

  • Human approval is required before any prospect contact. Drafts are internal until you approve them.
  • Sensitive CRM changes can be configured to require sign-off; routine bookkeeping is automatic and always visible.
  • Every research step, score, draft and decision is recorded in an audit trail you can review.

Estimates are estimates

Lead scores and pipeline values are AI-generated estimates and planning aids, not guarantees or recognised revenue. You should apply your own judgement before acting.

Accuracy & limitations

AI research can be incomplete or occasionally wrong. Where the data is insufficient, the service labels a result as unavailable rather than inventing one. You can correct, reject or request re-research on any item.

No automated prospect contact

The service has no feature that emails, messages or calls a prospect automatically. It prepares work for you; you decide what, if anything, is sent — outside or after approval.
